How to bake paska. Step by step recipe
Gently heat the milk to 36 ° C. Dissolve yeast in it with a pinch of sugar, stir thoroughly. It is important not to overheat the milk or the yeast will die. Next, eggs are introduced into the mass and beat with a whisk until a homogeneous consistency. It is not recommended to use a mixer or blender.
Sift flour. Add the flour in parts to the liquid, stirring constantly so that no lumps form. At the end of the process, add a spoonful of salt to the dough.
In a separate bowl, soften the butter and then add it to the dough. To stir thoroughly. The next step is spices. Gently add raisins, cardamom, vanilla sugar to the dough, then spread the whole mixture on a board and knead thoroughly by hand.
